Due to the three excellent concealed fixing systems, no screws or nails need to be used through the decking surface. The result is a decking without screw or nail heads working loose on the walking surface. Therefore dangers of injury when walking barefoot are eliminated. The concealed fixings also automatically space the correct gap between each board for that uniform appearance.
Standard Plastic hold down clips
The standard fixing clip provides vertical screw fixing and allows individual decking boards to be removed for access at any time. Two sizes of plastic hold down clips are available, one type provide a 10mm gap between boards and the other type provides a 6mm gap between boards.

The concealed fixings also automatically space the correct gap between each board, allowing space for any slight expansion or contraction. Also, slight gapping is required between boards placed end to end.
The innovative concealed fixing system makes it ideal for bare foot safety and the 295mm width design provides for rapid installation. Ultra Deck is also able to span 600mm in complete safety. The board has been designed with different surface patterns on each side. The cored construction provides an optimum mix of strength versus weight.
